"I have found the Teaching Style on this Course Objective and Authoritative but not Authoritarian. The Tutor marshals the Experience available from the Students and places this experience 'on the table'. He then presents the material whilst Collaborating with the Students to integrate the new learning with their existing experience. He thus avoids falling into a Guru/Disciple , Professor/Student or any other Controlling Relationship. The attitude is one of Equality as Adults whilst recognising the different levels of understanding within the group and his own expertise in the subject. The result, for me, has been a very enjoyable yet challenging and enriching Learning Experience."
