"Shalom! I've been studying Hebrew on my own since I was just 13 years old as an American home schooled kid... I used Dr. Fuller's Invitation to Biblical Hebrew textbook and met Prof Fuller when I was 16 years old. I still had quite a few gaps in my knowledge of Biblical Hebrew and perceived the textbook to be going through too much material per chapter. I've been to Israel 7 times. I've learned some more Hebrew from my trips. Now I'm currently 24 years old and finishing up a BA in Classics with a Religion double major in the US at the University of Evansville, Indiana. I'm using the Institute of Biblical Studies as a way to gain credit for my Hebrew and also brush up on my Hebrew and potentially be accepted into graduate school in Jerusalem. I find it extremely helpful. It doesn't go nearly so fast as Fuller's textbooks or any other Masters of Divinity program, while keeping the pace quick enough to get through the grammar in a reasonable time. I definitely recommend this to everyone even minutely interested in learning to read the original Hebrew Bible. "
